Our Story
CartsFab is a custom food cart manufacturer based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in building high-quality, stainless steel food vending carts for street-food entrepreneurs, caterers, and mobile food vendors across the United States.
Founded with a passion for the Latino street-food culture, we understand the unique needs of carrito taquero operators, elote vendors, churro makers, and hot dog cart businesses. Every cart we build is fabricated in our Houston workshop using commercial-grade stainless steel, designed to meet health department requirements and built to withstand the demands of daily street vending.
