Shipping
Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options for all carts and trailers:
- Local Pickup (Free) — Pick up your cart at our Houston, TX workshop at 7417 Hillcroft St. STE 1A, Houston, TX 77081. Call (832) 290-7070 to schedule a pickup appointment.
- Freight Shipping — We ship nationwide via freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on cart size, weight, and destination zip code. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Shipping Timeline
- In-stock items: Ship within 3-5 business days
- Custom-built carts: 2-6 weeks production time, plus shipping
- You will receive tracking information once your cart ships
Freight Delivery Notes
- Freight deliveries require a signature
- Some large trailers may require a loading dock or liftgate service
- If you don't have a loading dock, let us know so we can arrange liftgate delivery (additional fees may apply)
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on custom-built carts. However:
- Defective or damaged items: If your cart arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
- Non-custom items (accessories, parts): May be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a full refund minus shipping costs.
- Shipping damage: Inspect your cart immediately upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of any shipping damage.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- After 48 hours, if production has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Custom orders that have entered production may not be cancellable. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Warranty
All CartsFab carts come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage varies by product. Contact us for specific warranty terms for your cart model.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper use, maintenance, or modification
- Damage from accidents, weather, or acts of nature
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
