What types of food carts do you build?
We build custom food vending carts including taco carts (carritos taqueros), trompo/al pastor carts, hot dog carts and trailers, churro carts, elote (corn) carts, coffee carts, fruit carts, custom grills, fryers, steamers, tow-unit trailers, and tricycles. Every cart is built to order and can be customized to your specific needs.
What materials are your carts made from?
All our carts are built with commercial-grade stainless steel for the body, countertop, and food-contact surfaces. Frames are welded steel for durability. Some carts feature aluminum canopies and roofs for weather protection.
Are your carts health department approved?
Our carts are designed with features that help you meet health department requirements, including hand-wash sinks, clean and waste water tanks, sneeze guards, and food-safe stainless steel surfaces. However, requirements vary by city, county, and state. We recommend checking with your local health department for specific regulations before ordering. Let us know your local requirements and we can customize your cart accordingly.
Can I customize my cart?
Absolutely. Every cart we build is custom-made to your needs. You can choose the size, equipment (griddles, steamers, fryers, churro machines), number of sinks, water tank capacity, canopy style, and more. Contact us with your requirements and we'll design a cart that fits your business.
What sizes do your carts come in?
Our carts range from compact push carts (26" wide) to full-size trailers (40" x 60" and larger). Common sizes include 5ft and 6ft churro carts, 26" x 36" and 26" x 48" elote carts, and 40" x 48" or 40" x 60" hot dog trailers. Custom sizes are available upon request.
